Jerry C. Stollings is an attorney with the Law Offices of Scott D. Rudnick, LTD. Mr. Stollings grew up in Paulding County, Ohio, and graduated from Paulding High School. Mr. Stollings received a B.A. in History from Anderson University and his law degree from the University of Toledo Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Stollings worked for several Toledo law firms.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Stollings worked in the claims department for the Ohio Government Risk Management Plan and the Ohio Fair Participating Plan. His primary responsibilities was managing the defense of lawsuits filed against villages, cities, townships, and county fairs throughout the state of Ohio.

Mr. Stollings moved to Darke County in 2001 and entered into private practice. His primary areas of practice are civil litigation, criminal defense and domestic relations and serves as the Village Solicitor for the Village of Arcanum. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Darke County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law before the Courts of Ohio, Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
